Up to that time, Pacific West Construction had a long history of successful commercial projects. As a sister company to Pacific West Construction, Century Contractors was established to carry this legacy of quality projects into the future.
Century Contractors prides themselves in a niche they have found in doing only one or two projects a year. By taking attention to this fact, they pay attention to every detail and do not stretch themselves to thin to complete projects. This keeps projects on-time, in budget, and with 100% owner satisfaction. They give the owner the personal touch they deserve on their project.

To do so and to maintain a true legacy as a “General Contractor” they strive to keep many trades in house. They have esteemed craftsman that excavate, pour concrete, frame, interior trim carpentry and so much more. With such a great team of employees they have maintained an edge in the industry by performing work as the general but as well as a large subcontractor. Some of this subcontract work would include the concrete on EIRMC, the ICF concrete work on Dora Ericson and Edgemont Elementary schools and the framing work on the Shooting Star Ranch.
