Office Assistant (Interiors)

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our interiors team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone wanting to grow in a creative, fast-paced environment. You’ll support both design and administrative functions while gaining hands-on experience in the interiors and custom home industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Track and review invoices for accuracy and documentation

  • Order and manage office and project supplies

  • Communicate with homeowners and assist in design selection meetings

  • Support design development and drafting using design software

  • Assist with construction administration and coordination tasks

  • Maintain company social media and content updates

  • Contribute to monthly accounting reviews and data entry

  • Ensure accuracy and organization in all communications

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficient in data entry and tracking

  • Basic understanding of interior finishes

  • Familiarity with design/drafting software (preferred, not required)

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design preferred
