Office Assistant – Entry Level (Interiors)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in a creative and fast-paced environment. You’ll wear many hats, supporting both the design and administrative sides of the business while gaining valuable experience in the interiors and custom home industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with tracking and reviewing invoices for accuracy and proper documentation
  • Support ordering and tracking of office and project supplies
  • Communicate directly with homeowners and schedule/attend meetings to review design selections and finishes for custom homes
  • Provide support in design development and drafting using design software
  • Assist with construction administration tasks as needed
  • Manage company social media presence and content updates
  • Contribute to monthly accounting reviews and data entry
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and communications

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively input and manage data
  • Basic knowledge of interior finishes and their applications
  • Familiarity with drafting/design software (preferred but not required)
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • 4-year interior design or associate’s degree in interior design preferred
